01 Grapeful for a New Year

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz. stevia simple syrup
  • cocktail shaker
  • sparkling white grape juice
  • rosemary sprig

Directions:

  1. Add 1 1/2 oz. grapefruit juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Mix with a stevia simple syrup and pour into a stem glass.
  3. Top with sparkling white grape juice and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
  4. Enjoy!

 

02 Merry Mockmosa

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. pomegranate juice
  • sparkling white grape juice
  • champagne flute
  • pomegranate seeds + orange wheel

Directions:

  1. Add 4 oz. of freshly squeezed orange juice to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add 1 oz. of pomegranate juice to the same shaker.
  3. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
  4. Top with sparkling white grape juice.
  5. Enjoy!

 

03 Cran-Apple Mule

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. chilled apple cider
  • 2 oz. diet cranberry juice
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 2 oz. diet ginger ale

Directions:

  1. Combine apple cider, diet cranberry juice, and mint into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake and then strain over ice into a stem glass.
  3. Top with 2 oz. of diet ginger ale.
  4. Enjoy!

 

04 Not-so-Naughty Eggnog

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. coconut butter melted
  • 3/4 oz. maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix almond milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, melted coconut butter, and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain and serve in a stemless wine glass.
  3. Top with a sprinkle of spices and add a cinnamon stick for garnish.
  4. Enjoy!

 

05 Loca Coca Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of chilled coffee
  • 4 tbsp. hot cocoa mix (no sugar added)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 oz. stevia simple syrup

Directions:

  1. Combine chilled coffee, hot cocoa mix, and stevia simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Shake and strain into a mason jar filled with ice.
  3. Top with almond milk and add a candy cane for extra holiday flavor.
  4. Enjoy!
