A fresh blueberry muffin paired with a morning (or afternoon) cup of hot coffee is quite the treat. But your typical blueberry muffin is loaded with empty sugars and carbohydrates and doesn’t always provide the most nutritious snack. Today, in honor of #BlueberryMuffinDay, we’re sharing one of our favorite healthier blueberry muffin recipes. This recipe, from The Lemon Bowl, uses almond flour instead of white flour and includes fresh berries and citrus flavors for a fresh, healthier baked snack.
