No matter the status of our health, back pain is something that everyone experiences at one time or another. We all know that exercising regularly can improve your overall health, but stretching is just as important. Done right, stretching regularly (along with other choices for healthy living) can help ease back pain and make a big difference in how you feel.

Kendell M. Jno-Finn, PT, DPT, TPI-M2, a physical therapist and friend of Pack Health, dropped by the studio recently to show us his top five stretches to help ease back pain. Along the way, Kendell shares the reasons behind the stretches and describes the effects they have on the spine.
