We’re officially closing out the second week of the New Year! How are your New Year’s Resolutions going? Are you staying motivated? Traditionally, folks set goals to eat a more well-balanced diet by making their meals fit the Health Plate model, or aim to exercise 3-4 times per week. Both are awesome plans to help get you on track to a better, more healthy 2019, but what happens when you run out of exercises or fitness inspiration? You’ve come to the right place for a new workout!

Below, you’ll find a video of our Full Body Workout D. The main video will follow a beginner workout level, while the boxes in the top right corner will offer an intermediate and advanced approach. Inside the teal box, you’ll find an intermediate motion and inside the orange box, you’ll find an advanced motion, if you’re looking for more of a challenge. Simply grab some space in your gym or living room, a few dumbbells for an added challenge, and a pair of tennis shoes!
