You know what they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it’s true! Eating breakfast helps to kickstart your metabolism and gives you the necessary energy and brain fuel to start your day.
Today is Hot Breakfast Day (we’re big breakfast lovers around here), so we rounded up some of our favorite delicious and healthy hot breakfasts for you to try!
01 Egg, Spinach, and Cheese Breakfast Bake
Meals you can make ahead of time are always a winner in our book! Prepare the entire casserole the night before and bake it in the morning or even bake it at night so you can enjoy as soon as you get up, after a quick nuke in the microwave of course.
