The word ‘salad’ brings to mind a healthy and delicious mix of greens and goodies. It’s a staple of healthy eating, especially in the spring and summer months. That said, sometimes you don’t have or don’t want a pile of lettuce. We get it! But did you know there are lots of salads you can make without lettuce, and they are equally as heart healthy?
