Happy National Ice Cream Day! While ice cream might seem a little out of the norm for what you typically see on the Pack Health Blog, we still wanted to take an opportunity to join in on the fun. This week at the office, we hosted an afternoon ice cream tasting to get the real scoop (ha!) on the many healthily branded pints that fill the freezer section at the local grocery. We picked 7 different brands and flavors and let our staff vote on their favorites. Here’s what they had to say.
