Resistance bands (or in our case, the Pack Health Stretch Bands) are useful tools for stretching and strengthening routines that you can do in the comfort of your own home. They come in a variety of sizes, lengths, and strengths. They’re easily stored and easy to bring with you when you’re traveling or tight on space at the gym.

Just like free weights, exercise bands come in a range of resistance levels. We send a basic band in our complimentary Welcome Pack, but your Health Advisor can recommend higher or lower resistance bands and bands with different grips to accommodate your specific needs.

Today’s video focuses on strengthening your arms, and it’s the second in a three-part series on stretch-band exercises. Last week, we posted exercises for your legs, and next week, we’ll tackle your core.
