Today we’re sharing our newest workout video! This time, we’re working out with Brittney who serves as Pack Health’s Marketing Manager and also teaches barre classes in Birmingham. In this workout, we’ll focus on getting our heart rate up, while also honing in on that core and upper body. As always, remember to spend 5 minutes or so warming up. Whether that’s a brisk walk, a light jog, or marching in place, it’s very important we warm up our muscles before jumping into a workout so to avoid injuries.
