BIRMINGHAM, Ala., March 30, 2020 — Leading digital health coaching company Pack Health today announced their intent to provide free, 90-day remote health coaching support for healthcare providers and first responders in the Birmingham, Alabama metro area who are working to control the COVID-19 outbreak.

Healthcare workers and first responders will be paired with a certified Health Advisor who will provide personalized support to drive health maintenance strategies and barrier relief during the 90-day program. The program is completely remote and conducted via phone, text, and email, based on individual preference. Health Advisors will be able to help members manage their personal health by helping them with tasks such as grocery delivery, meal planning, or at-home workouts. The goal of the program is to provide a supportive resource to prioritize the health of healthcare workers and first responders while they’re prioritizing the health of others.

Pack Health is offering this program to healthcare workers and first responders in the Birmingham area and surrounding counties including Bibb, Blount, Chilton, Jefferson, Shelby, St. Clair, and Walker and is considering expanding the offering soon.

“We’re seeing the most courageous work conducted by our healthcare workers and first responders working on the front lines of disease control in light of COVID-19,” says Mazi Rasulnia, Ph.D., CEO of Pack Health. “We’re here to help support them as they’re working day and night to support members of our community.”

If healthcare workers or first responders are interested in enrolling in a free 90-day program, please contact Pack Health at info@packhealth.com or your respective county’s health department.
